Shipping:
We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 3 days, but in busy times it may take 7 to 10 business days. 

Freight cost:
The cost of shipping can be a real challenge to an on-line business. We have reviewed many shipping methods and companies and we have chosen to use Fastway for all normal shipping. See following for different carrier.  We are actively looking for ways to reduce shipping charges.

We currently use a simple flat rate of $18.00 for orders fitting into one carton but this may change as shipping fees change. Orders with multiple cartons may be an extra charge.  We will contact you if additional charges apply.

Australian Orders:  
Use this web site for retail orders shipped within Australia.

Australian Orders – Except WA:
We use Aramex Couriers when possible and AusPost as needed.

Fastway cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes
If you want delivery to a PO Box, we can arrange that by using AusPost but, depending on your location, it is possible the AusPost charges may require an additional payment.

If you want us to ship using a different carrier or a different service from Aramex Couriers or AusPost, please email when you place your order, and we will be happy to send you a quote for using that service.
