AN AWARD WINNING ALE

This is a highly complex porter brewed using amber, chocolate and roasted malts, combined with the iconic Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey.

Intense in colour, rich in flavour. This porter blends the taste of chocolate and toffee with a hint of liquorice. Together with spicy notes from Leatherwood Honey that are evident in the aroma and also in the aftertaste.

This ale is bottle conditioned creating a natural sediment.

No added preservatives.
