Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognised system used to identify and manage significant food safety hazards and to ensure the utmost food safety.
B-QUAL Australia Pty Limited has been established by the Australian Honey Bee Industry Council (AHBIC) as an independently developed and audited food safety program. Bqual represents Australian industry best practice in all things, bees, honey, and packaging.
Blue Hills Honey was the first Australian Apiary to adopt this accreditation in 2002.
